Trying to buy a home while living in a different state can be quite difficult. However, while working with Nick, he made it feel as though we already lived in Orlando. He went above and beyond by face timing and sending videos of houses we were interested in. When we were able, he met us over multiple weekends to ensure we had opportunities to see the houses in person as well. I could go on and on about the 5+ star service we received. We were looking for a buyer's agent to help find us our new home. Since we were moving from out of state, it was important to work with someone familiar with the towns we were interesting in. From his first response to our initial email, Nick was very responsive and clearly answered all of our questions. Throughout the process, Nick kept us regularly informed about houses coming on to the market including finding out about one house while we were looking at another and immediately setting up a showing with the seller's agent. This was complicated by the fact that we were usually out of state but he was very flexible about giving us virtual tours of certain properties. We highly recommend hiring Nick as a buyer's agent. He really earned his commission and we'd happily work with him again.
