Nick was an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I were feeling very daunted as we ventured into the extremely competitive market as first time home buyers. Nick always made the time for us to see as many homes as we wanted, even before we were willing to put an offer. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable as we toured the homes, pointing out pros/cons we would have missed and never pressuring us to make a decision. When we were ready to make an offer, Nick quickly drew up the paperwork and we always felt we were putting our best foot forward with him. Thanks to Nick's quick work and responsiveness we were the first people to see our now home which was a huge advantage. The homebuying process is difficult to navigate but Nick always had answers to our questions, great referrals for inspections etc., and made the process as easy as it possible could have been. We love our new home and are so grateful to have had Nick as our realtor!

Once we got serious about touring homes and making offers, he was available whenever we needed him and was always happy to work at our own speed and comfort level. When negotiating with selling agents, he knew the different levers who could use to strengthen our offer, which eventually helped us win an offer on our place. The most daunting part of the process to me was the paperwork with legal jargon, but having Nick there to distill everything down in a way that was digestible was invaluable. Working with Nick was a wonderful experience. Not only is he extremely professional and kind, he is incredibly knowledgeable about South Bay real estate. He made sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed throughout our buying journey. He patiently answered every question we had about documentation and the home buying process and was ALWAYS available to talk. His network of inspectors, vendors and experts is extensive and impressive - everyone he recommended to us was stellar. I truly believe we would not have been able to buy our home, especially given the competitive market, without Nick. I highly recommend him.
