Nick Binesh

I was very pleased to have met Nick during an open house. It's not my typical way of hiring someone to work with, but having recently moved to California, I was opened to try a new approach due to my small number of contacts. From the moment I met Nick, he was very professional, caring, and unlike many realtors, he didn't look at me with a dollar sign on my forehead. He was on top of things prior to me asking for them. I'm very particular on how I like things done, and he met all my expectations when it comes to real state. He's not pushy and will tell you exactly what he thinks of a property (good & bad). He gives you a very honest opinion and will let you decide without influencing your decision. He's a great person to work with and will highly recommend him.
