Nick Barkins

Nick turned out to be such a wonderful surprise. We didn’t have a realtor and our mortgage company recommended Mr. Barkins. Nick was professional, hardworking but most importantly understanding. We had a modest budget and we were finding the market small but he stuck with us, sent recommendations and took us out to see a home at least twice a week. I loved that he was so honest about the quality of each home we toured. He would always comment on the roof and windows having checked them when we were looking around. When the seller had some issues just before closing Nick fixed everything! It’s because of him that we have our very first house. We are so grateful he came into our life. I promise you won’t be disappointed, give him a call. He might just change your life too.

Nick is an amazing realtor!! He really went above and beyond what was required of him. He did everything in his power and more to secure the sale of our home. We were selling from out of state and he took care of every detail. He always had our best interests in mind and was very respectful. We couldn't be happier with our experience with him!

When we started looking at houses in Delaware we never dreamed we would find a Realtor like Nick. From day 1 he was attentive to our needs and would go above and beyond any of our expectations. He was always available for our questions even texting us late at night. And though it took over a year of searching, he finally helped us find our dream home by the ocean. Nick showed us houses in 2017 but for health reasons we were unable to purchase. He had been so patient and knowledgeable that when we were ready to relist our home in 2018 we went with Nick. his marketing skill, esp. his pictures made all the difference. He also listened and showed us homes so we were able to buy our new home. He handled the closing on both homes for us on the same day. Nick is very respectful, polite and easy to be around, never pushy. It was always about us and our needs. Nick feels like part of the family and I would recommend him to anybody.
