I can't express enough how grateful I am to Maria and Nick (Team) Baldini for all of their patience and assistance. From all of the property tours to the closing, Maria and Nick never left me with any questions or feeling unsupported. Even when I turned a 180 from what I initially was looking for in a new home (a 3/2 single family with large fenced in yard) to what I decided on (a 2-1/5 Townhouse with no yard), Maria never blinked an eye and only encouraged me. Her words "If it works for you and gets you where you want to be, than let's go for it!" She also connected me with the best loan office I've ever worked with, Jennifer Hickman. Nick worked with only my best interests with regard to the negotiations. He was in constant contact with me and there were no real problems that we could not come to an agreement on. Hats off to him for his persistence! All of their recommendations for support teams (inspector, closing attorney, etc) were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Team Baldini to anyone!

Five stars for Team Baldini! Maria never hesitated to go on house tours, even on rainy Sundays. She only had my needs on her mind, even if I didn't even really know what those were! Her patience is bottomless. Nick's negotiating skills were truly tested but all came out to my benefit. He was in constant contact and always kept me up to date. There were no hiccups we could not overcome. Their recommendations for support teams (loan officer, inspector, closing attorney) were all also excellent to work with. I can honestly say this was the smoothest process, from start to finish, that I've ever experienced. I am beyond grateful to Team Baldini!
