Nicholette went above-and-beyond to assure that my Ft. Lauderdale house closing went smoothly. She also personally met with the sellers to video every detail relating to the swimming pool, hot tub, sprinkler system, etc., so I would know exactly how to properly operate them. Additionally, her superb negotiating skills saved me a small fortune! I highly recommend utilizing her services if in the market to buy or sell a South Florida property.

Nicholette has helped us greatly managing our properties. She is always available to take care of any emergency that arises on site and has a trustworthy team that is professional and fair. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to increase their revenue through short term renting.
