Great Personality, but needs more experience with people.

Nicole is a very sweet person and handled the mechanics of the sale with no problems. There were many things going on at the same time during our house search and the closing that did not help the situation, such as family issues on her side, our moving from out of state, and Hurricane Helena striking. I would have loved to work with her when all we have to deal with was the out of state move. We had lots of questions and at times, the texting got a bit much. In hindsight, I should have just picked up the phone and called to get it resolved before we both got frustrated. I ask a lot of questions and explained that to her up-front, but I don't think she expected as many as I asked! :) Nicole's market knowledge and help with explaining the different areas around here was invaluable. She does know her territory!! Nicole handled another real estate transaction for us, and that went flawlessly, so even tho there were a few communications issues with the first transaction, Nicole is a very good realtor and I'd certainly pick her again.
