Nichole helped the tenant with this property

Nichole helped us sell our house and purchase...

Nichole helped us sell our house and purchase our new home. She was very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Nichole gave us tips/tricks to help prep our house to get it ready to put on the market. Once the house was listed, Nichole was very considerate and thoughtful about our time and schedules when it came to setting up showings, since we had two dogs and a young child. As the offers started coming in, Nichole presented them all to us and helped decipher the pros/cons with each one. When we finally accepted an offer, Nichole worked late into the evening handling the negotiations between us and the buyer. Thanks to Nichole the sale of our house was seamless and I would highly recommend her.
