I was referred to Nichole by my loan officer. I applied for CalHFA so we were sort of limited on options due to HUD requirements and where the property was accepting our loan type. Nichole was able to get that info. She was knowledgeable about Stockton area (we ultimately stayed in our hometown. She explained how prices would adjust depending on how much we were willing to spend. She had a game plan for how to put in our bid to get our offer accepted. I would recommend her definitely!!!
