Nichole sold my childhood home for me.  What seemed straightforward enough, turned into a sale that nighmares are made of.  It involved lawyers, relistings, paperwork to the ceiling, notaries, covid long distance communication and even emergency surgery.  We panicked many times.  But not Nichole.  She was our rock.  She was smart, efficient and savvy, not to mention kind, funny and patient.  Did I mention patient?  She should win an award for patience.  Nichole is an amazing realtor.  We are forever grateful to her and cannot recommend her enough.

Answering every little question I had promptly. If it wasnt for her I wouldn't have found my dream home. We would text or email her at odd times of the day or night with a question expecting an answer during normal business hours. She always surprised us with a reply sooner than we expected!
