Nichole Dunville came highly recommended by our neighbor’s sister. When she came over to our home in California she was prepared with her resume of homes she’d sold for other clients and strong selling points. She was familiar with selling homes that were in an estate trust. We’re were very confident she was the realtor for selling my mom’s home of 60 years. She had many helpful suggestions to get the house in great shape to sell. Her professional colleagues did what needed to be done from landscaping to painting and staging the house to sell it We started the process the first week of September and the house went on market the 3rd week of October and sold above asking price 1 week later.
