Very knowledgable and considerate
Nichole was very knowledgable of the area and neighborhood that I was looking to buy in. She was present during the inspections and was more concerned for the current residents than their current property managers. She had already had documents ready once closing occurred in order to have a continuous process from closing to property management. I would use her again!
