Nicole is a great , professional and wonderful agent. She always was there to answer any questions that we had. If there was a problem she was always willing to solve the problem. She was on time with each house showing. I will definitely used her again. She is a polite, nice and understandable person. She knows what she is doing and helped us a lot with our purchase of our home.
I'm not even sure where to begin explaining how amazing Nichole was during our search for our first home. From the moment she initially reached to follow up on our inquiry, she provided us with a lot of great information along with what to expect as well as referring us to an amazing lender, Leilani Medina at Caliber Loans. Nichole was always very responsive to our texts and calls no matter the time. Extremely flexible and setup appointments to view homes quickly and given the current market, it was appreciated. During our viewings, she gave us the information on the home, walked through both the inside and outside of the home, and pointed out certain areas that could be a concern. Once we were ready to make an offer, she quickly prepared our offer and sent to us to electronically to sign and we were off to the races. In this market, it's difficult to get an offer accepted, let along a seller credit, but she made it happen. 63 days from the day our search first started, we closed on our home and we couldn't be more thankful for Nichole's help. Nichole has been with our family for a while! We wanted to originally sell about half a year ago and when things just didn’t pan out we let her know we were taking our home off the market.
