We were in the middle of a negotiation to sell. The purchasers' realtor approached us with an offer under market and with contingencies. We had no reason to sell quickly or accept contingencies. We countered with the purchasers' realtor who than pushed us hard to accept their mildly adjusted counter and would not consider us looking to a third party to represent us in the closing process (something about this was not going to be a shared commission). We contacted Nick and he in a professional manner approached the "pushy" realtor bringing the sale to a close. All parties received their originally agreed upon sales commisions.
