Nick and Trudy helped us (wife and I) find our house in the TE school district in 2018. Since they have lived/raised a family in the same district for several years, they possess very good knowledge about the area down to a street level in terms of location, proximity, conveniences, etc. that fit our specific needs. They also seem to gave good connections (contractors, handymen, services, etc) in the area that come in handy after the purchase is complete. Despite a very low inventory, Nick worked with us patiently over several months and several houses until we found a house we like. He was always very responsive in both informing about new relevant properties, as well as showing them to us in a timely manner. We were both very pleased with his professionalism throughout.
