Four years ago, Nick helped us buy a property and did an outstanding job. So when it was time to sell our weekend get-away home we turned to him again. He did an outstanding job in helping us sell it, in a shorter time than we had expected and at a good price. There were some complications with the sale, not at all due to Nick, and he was proactive in helping us deal with these unexpected developments even during the week he was on a previously scheduled family vacation, which we really appreciated. He always kept us informed and made excellent suggestions. My husband and I give him our strongest recommendations.
