I recently closed on a new home with Nick Trujillo serving as my realtor. I had a great experience. Nick was more than willing to explain the differences in purchasing a home here in Colorado vs. the laws/practices I had experienced as a homeowner in other parts of the US. Nick also responded in a very timely manner to texts and phone calls which was appreciated. He's a genuinely nice person and willing to assist buyers with all facets of the home buying process - he even hooked me up with a great loan company when my preferred lender was unable to close in the timeframe I needed.
