This is the second time we’ve bought a home with Nick and the first time selling with him, and we can’t say enough good things about him! His knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism are unparalleled. We won’t be buying a home for quite awhile (hopefully), but if and when we do, there’s no doubt we’ll be using Nick again!!

Nick is hands down amazing. He was honest and helpful. We had a difficult time getting the house we wanted, but Nick was there every step of the way to answer questions and clarify things for us as we were first time home buyers. He also had a way of reassuring my hot headed husband that everything was going to work out. We had a couple of snags with the lender and the community (none of it Nick's fault) and my husband was ready to walk away from the whole deal...he was super frustrated with the whole thing. Thanks to Nick we made it through the frustrations of buying our first home and we are happily in a home we love! When we sell in the future Nick will be our guy and help us find our future home. Nick isnt a good real estate agent, he is a great one! He is a great listener, extremely organized and a shark when its time to close the deal. His knowledge of real estate trends and willingness to be up front separates him from other real estate agents i've worked with. If you are swimming in the real estate waters, make sure you have a shark.
Nick was wonderful to work with during the purchase of our home. He is friendly, professional, and also very knowledgeable. Nick’s communication was excellent as well, and he answered every question we had and then some. He reached out to us frequently just to ensure we were comfortable with each step of the process. This was our first time buying a new build but Nick made an intimidating process easy. He was at every meeting, walkthrough, or anything related to our new home.
