When I first met Nick, he described himself as a “house nerd,” and that label proved to be spot on throughout our home-buying journey. As we toured various properties, Nick’s meticulous nature was evident. He inspected each house with the same care as if he were buying it for himself, attentively looking for both potential issues and interesting features. If anything seemed amiss, he asked all the right questions and, when necessary, went above and beyond to pull records and ensure everything was in order. Nick’s commitment to providing us with thorough information was exceptional and he was always professional about providing us with advice without pushing us in any direction. Nick was also incredibly accommodating, flexibly working around both our schedules and his own. On one occasion when we were going to see the house that we eventually closed on he was involved in a car accident while on his way to show us the house. Despite this setback he promptly informed us of the situation and arrange for a coworker to step in for us. Even when the sellers faced challenges getting everything ready for closing, Nick stepped up to help, despite not representing them. He continued to check in on the property and ensured that everything was progressing smoothly. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile is something that only the most passionate realtors would do and I’m glad I got to work with a “house nerd”.
Excellent service. Nicholas Trubilla helped us complete two transactions this year. Most recently he was able to sell our home. He has extensive knowledge of the real estate process. He understands the market that we are living in. Nick strategically priced our house to invite a ton of foot traffic. Could’ve been 50 showings in less than a week.
