Once I expressed interest in a property, Nick would send me info without being prompted (e.g. when the furnace and windows were replaced). He would offer multiple referrals (loan officer, home inspector) to get me started. I ended up choosing one of his referrals after doing my own research. Despite internet saying you should not trust referrals from a real estate agent, my experience with Nick has been excellent. I started the home purchasing process with zero prior knowledge and Nick patiently educated me every step of the way. From what to look for (water damage, window condensation) to the lifespan of appliances, I learned a lot working with him. Cannot recommend enough.
