Would give 10 stars if I could! Nick is hands down the best realtor around. He legitimately cares about his clients and went the extra mile to make sure that our home buying process was as smooth as possible.

Nick was our son’s realtor and came highly recommended. On a whim, we went to an open house to get spruce-up ideas for our current house, and fell in love. We weren’t even prequalified, but IN 5 HOURS, ON A BANK HOLIDAY, Nick took us back to the house, got us hooked up with a mortgage broker, got us financing, put together an offer, and got it accepted. Any realtor that has the resources at his disposal to do that, should be your realtor too.
Nick Thull was our Realtor. Nick is a very knowledgeable realtor and was very helpful in our first home purchase. He makes himself available anytime for questions, showings as fast as he could or anything else we needed. He replied to my texts almost immediately. If we ever buy again we will be calling him again. Nick feels more like a friend and that was very nice. He made us feel like we were his only clients and that was far from the true.
