I was asked to write a review about the aforementioned Nicholas Sloney. So here I sit in my office in deep reflection about my wonderful experience in buying a home with a humble yet charismatic realtor from Century 21. Let me start out with saying I dragged my feet quite a bit. I talked with Mr.Sloney for well over a year with ideas of grandeur, before I finally buckled down and got serious about making a purchase. Each time I called, texted, or emailed he was right on top of it, even though he knew I wasn't even close to ready. He was still patient and answered all my questions. I was looking all over the place and he was ready and willing to show any property, anywhere at almost anytime. He is very accommodating. He is also very honest with you and says what he actually thinks about a house. He laid it out for me plenty of times to let me know how practical or impractical the house we were looking at was, compared to my needs and wants. He does his research on the homes and the areas they are in. He lives, eats, and breathes Real Estate. So if you are looking for a wonderful home buying experience, an agent with a can do attitude, and the perfect place to call home then Nicholas Sloney is your Real Estate Agent.

Nick Sloney called immediately, first to call. Took time on telephone conversations along with advising next steps. Followup calls were consistent and informative. First meeting included more information than I expected which were items I needed to know. Nick Sloney was a very good listener and digested information and responded to my needs. At all times Nick communicated what was needed and help on obtaining information that was needed for the sale. And then finding the buyer that closed the sale in the way I felt most comfortable and taken care of. If you are buying or selling and your realtor's name is not Nick Sloney you've made a huge mistake. Nick is always available. I mean ALWAYS. He's helped me purchase and sell and I've never heard his voicemail because he always answers. He helped us negotiate a great deal on my purchase in February and the home is already worth significantly more. He also got us top dollar for the sale of my current home. He is a tough negotiator and fights for his clients. Again, if you're not using Nick you're losing money.

From the listing to a quick acceptance of an offer, Nick walked me through every step of the closing process. It could not have been a more pleasant experience.
