Nicholas Shamburg

We had a unique situation being in the military and had to find a house in a different state with only 2 days in state to look at a quickly diminishing inventory. In that time Nick got to know us and our preferences via FaceTime and phone and always made himself available to us. He was able to get us a house at a great price and advocate on our behalf on all the items we wanted and got them approved in a sellers market! During the process of closing we had difficulties with our bank and Nick was after it every day making sure our timeline was met and I feel like everything he did was so much more thank he needed to and my family is extremely grateful to have someone this hard working in our corner. We will be recommending to anyone that needs a realtor in the future!
