When the realtor personally showed me and my wife the property, he lacked knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. As our agent, he did not keep us posted on other offers like he said he would. He did not notify us of the status of our offer until after we emailed him back to ask about it. He just seemed very untrustworthy and unreliable.
