I had my house for sale by owner in 2021 and had to take it off the market due to a family emergency. Nick brought a client to look at the house and I had a chance to speak with him. I was very impressed with him. When it came time to put it on the market again, I decided to give Nick a call. I’m so glad I did. Nick and his team were fantastic. He made a few suggestions on staging the house which I followed. The house looked so good I almost decided to keep it! He is a good communicator and listener. I always knew what was happening and when. We got a couple of offers and decided on the best one. The buyer decided not to move. As soon as Nick heard their decision, he got right to work and got another contract within the hour and the offer was even better!! I highly recommend Nick Oliver
