Nick is a fantastic realtor! We first contacted Nick to help us find a place to rent. We weren't afraid of applying for a loan, but just weren't convinced we would get one, or find anything within our (very very small) budget that was worth it. It all started on a Monday. Within 5 minutes of reaching out to him on Facebook, he called and we made a game plan. Within about 12 hours of that phone call...we were approved for a loan!!! Within two days we were looking at houses. By Friday, I sent him a link to a house that wasn't where we were looking, but looked nice (aka, it wasn't a complete gut job).
