My recent experience dealing with Nicholas Monticello throughout my buying and selling period was nothing short of outstanding! I have a wife along with a one year old daughter and I previously was living in Shore Acres (Saint Petersburg, FL). I had lived in Saint Peterburg the entire 30 years of my life and I was looking to move to the West Chase area or Tampa. We were a little nervous to make this sort of move but Nick really made the process transition in such a smooth manner by contiunously remaining in contact for any reason whether it were minor or major. Nick was available to show us a property at any time and was always present at inspections, signings and viewings. I also have two medium sized dogs as a part of my family and Nick even went as far as to walk my dogs along with feeding them and giving them water when we were not at home for a showing. With a contingency contract in process and a time restraint in play, Nick helped get us the home of our dreams while selling our previous home in a very timely and efficient manner (4 days on the market) and we couldn't thank him enough.
