Nicholas Monteer

Nick helped me find and purchase my first home, well technically it is my 2nd home, but the first one was a long time ago. He has excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond what is necessary and expected. Nick is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry in many aspects. He uses this knowledge to provide an amazing purchasing experience for all parties involved. I literally mentioned to Nick that I was interested in looking at some properties just to get an idea of what is out there. That weekend, Nick put together a list of about 10 properties for he and I to go see. And then another 10 properties or so the following week. Talk about above and beyond! Within a 2 week period, I had seen about 20 properties, made offers on 2 of them and was in contract to purchase my new home with Nick by my side every step of the way. He is AMAZING!!
