Outstanding and Excellent Service!

Nicolas went above and beyond the call of duty to assist Marcella and me in the sale of our house at 374 Stevenson Road in New Haven, Connecticut. He demonstrated his knowledge of the market. Nick helped us by guiding us on how to get our tenant to vacate the property! The tenant left he house in a mess with the palladium window cracked in two places and vegetation growing upon the house with the grass in desperate need of cutting. The house needed carbon monoxide alarms and Nick used the personnel available to him to get everything done. Nick made himself available to us every step of the way. For all that he has done, we are most grateful!
