Nick was extremely easy to work with throughout the entire buying process. He was very clear on communication and had all of the answers for us! He was even able to get us $10,000 off asking price in this crazy market! If you are looking for someone to guide you through the homebuying process I would highly recommend contacting Nick!
Nicholas Lunetta was a pleasure to work with. He basically was on call 24/7. Whenever I had a question about a property he was prompt to respond and was very knowledgeable. When we had questions about building another structure on the existing property he knew all of the variances. He was even able to walk us through some finance questions. What I found most impressive was his ability to work around our schedules, meet us at some really far away properties (especially with todays gas prices) and never losing personable, kind disposition. After every property Nick asked us what we liked and didn’t like about the property, so he could tailor our next viewing. It didn’t take long before we found what we were looking for. Nick made buying a new house an easy transition.
