Nicholas Lunetta was a pleasure to work with. He basically was on call 24/7. Whenever I had a question about a property he was prompt to respond and was very knowledgeable. When we had questions about building another structure on the existing property he knew all of the variances. He was even able to walk us through some finance questions. What I found most impressive was his ability to work around our schedules, meet us at some really far away properties (especially with todays gas prices) and never losing personable, kind disposition. After every property Nick asked us what we liked and didn’t like about the property, so he could tailor our next viewing. It didn’t take long before we found what we were looking for.
