Before the sale, I decided to remodel the house for a better sale price. Nick and team provided helpful understanding of the market. Once the goal is set, the remodel begins. Soon, the house is prepared properly for sale. The sale went on relatively smooth as expected. Contract was signed and the house needs a CO to close. During Covid-19 time, Township office was closed. Email and phone calls were the only way to communicate. Things are not easier when you don't know what is going on. I was kept informed at all times .Any questions were answered in a timely manner. Since I was selling by myself ,it never felt like I was alone. I was told about other houses in the area an how many days it took them to sell. I believe mine went in a very good time as it was showed to a good amount of people in a relatively short time.
