When I walked into Posh Properties on a Sunday afternoon and met my future realtor Nick Joyce, my only intention was to talk and gather information. I was thinking about renting my condo in Delray and buying something in Boca. I had previously spoken to three seasoned agents who all underwhelmed. When I met Nick I was impressed but I had no idea just how much more impressed I was going to become. Nick proved time and again that he listened, understood, cared, was dedicated, and had a passion for his profession. He genuinely made it his mission to make my dream come true. Never once did he fall short of my high expectations. He had several other clients but he always gave me his undivided attention and dedication. A consummate professional, he was always available to take my calls/texts and handle any issue that came up along the way. What can I say, I am truly impressed by this young man who wowed with his class A service from beginning to end. Thank you Nick for doing such an EXTRAORDINARY job!
