Nicholas did a wonderful job of demystifying the home selling process. I had a lot of anxiety going into the sale and Nicholas was able to walk me through every part of it in really simple terms. There were a few set backs with the house that required changing sale approach and Nicholas was able to give options at every step. Highly recommended!

Nick was very professional, with good ideas on how to market my condo. He has a good personality and this makes it easy for people to talk to him, which works well for open houses. My buyer had come to the open house and had a good conversation with Nick the next day. They made an offer on the condo.
