Nick was very professional, with good ideas on how to market my condo. He has a good personality and this makes it easy for people to talk to him, which works well for open houses. My buyer had come to the open house and had a good conversation with Nick the next day. They made an offer on the condo. Nick was also very good at keeping me in the loop with everything needed and everything that was happening.
