Nick was fantastic to work with. He made the selling of my parent’s home, shortly after my Mother passed away, a painless and even rewarding process. He helped me with every detail and even some things I don’t think any other realtor would have considered doing. I live in another state and Nick helped me clear out the condo, sell some of the appliances and even purchased and installed smoke alarms. I wish I could give 10 stars in the “Responsiveness” category. Nick was THE BEST person I’ve ever dealt with in any business dealing at picking up when I called and/or calling me back within minutes of my contacting him. With all the details involved in selling a home, responsiveness is key. Oh, let’s also mention that the house was sold within one day of it being listed AND for the full asking price.
