Nick said what he would do and did what he said keeping us very informed at every step. As for results, just before Christmas Nick said, "If I haven't sold your house by February I'm not doing my job", he sold the house in January.

From the beginning, Nick demonstrated he was fully vested in selling this home, as if it was his own home he was selling.
