Nick Dunbar is a very unique realtor. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime. This experience was again unique. I happened to be connected with Nick by chance through a property that I requested interest in online. Since I didn't know Nick I didn't know what to expect. While he was from out of state and had relocated I wasn't expecting much knowledge of the area but that was NOT to be the case. Nick showed us the property and immediately knew it was not right for us. He then showed us one yes one home on his phone that was coming soon and he knew this was the one for us. We proceeded to research the home and made a full price offer when it became available. We were lucky to swiftly agree to a deal.Nick then helped us throughout the entire process of negotiating existing home furnishings completing a septic project coordinating dates and times and basically getting the job done to closing where others had not.
