I was assigned to Nick through a referral from Realtor.com. From my first interaction with Nick even to after the transaction had closed Nick has remained an amazing realtor to work with. Nick made sure to get us viewings of any homes we were interested in, and I felt so bad making him drive all over the state because we were having issues finding homes in the towns we wanted. But Nick made all of the appointments, always showed up on time, and was always able to answer any questions that I had. Through the purchasing process he made everything so easy, setting up all of the inspections and other contractors that needed to be incorporated throughout the buying process. He advocated for us first time home buyers in an extremely challenging sellers market. Nicks knowledge of the market and other comparisons in the area allowed us to make an offer under the appraised value, guaranteeing us equity in the home before we even got the keys! Nick kept all parties involved on track and always made sure I was kept informed with phone calls, emails, and texts. Even after the transaction Nick and I have stayed in touch and he’s been an asset in assisting us as new home owners in finding deals on furniture and so on and so forth.
