Nicholas was everything you could ask for in a realtor. His diligent work and professionalism throughout the oft stressful home search and buying process was comforting and incredibly appreciated. After every round of viewings we went to, Nick was ready with a new batch of houses for us to view. It was a great feeling for us seeing how determined he was to see us purchase our first home. His work after the offer was accepted made it feel like you had a friend on your side, rather than just a person doing his job. He was always available when needed, and never made us feel like any questions was a bad one. My wife and I worked with Nick starting in January of '18 through the purchase of our home at the end of April. He showed us countless homes and worked a great deal on finding us on something that best suited us. As he eventually explained to us when we were done and we came to realize as we went through the process of finding a home is that he allowed us to pick a number of the first homes we went to view and took notes of what we liked and didn't like from each one all while sitting back and taking the mental notes of it all. After we had picked 10 or so of our own to see he was then able to dig in and start doing a lot of researching for us based on what he had picked up from our likes and dislikes from all previous homes. This was all by design so that ultimately it was still us picking what we wanted and not him trying to get us in the first home he could. It was that sort of thoughtful approach that led to such a great experience throughout and with us getting the home we most certainly wanted but may not of known from the outset.
