He was very helpful given my limitations (broken foot) so there may have been times I could not travel easily. Email and text messages were complete enough to stay in touch as needed.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nicholas Baxter on the sale of our home. Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to answer our questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate Nicholas’ hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
