Wow, what an incredible experience I had with Nicholas Bates. He was as Our agent on the sale of my home in Broward County and purchase of Our New Home on west coast of Florida. I had a unusual situation; as I thought. I was hoping to sell and buy around same time so transition would be easier on family. Thanks to Nicholas’s hard work he made our sale and purchase of homes (on opposite sides of fl) EzPz. Closed on both transactions same day and was in New Home by dinner time. Nicholas is a true professional with immense knowledge in every aspect of the process! This process was a learning experience for my family and with Nicholas as Our Agent, it was fantastic!!!
