Nicholas Atwood was amazing and really helped the process a much smoother one compared to others. We were first time buyers and when we first started I didn’t have all my ducks in row. My boyfriend was still in Japan and I was the one doing all the house hunting. Nicholas was very understanding of our situation and time difference and had no problem helping me. Even if my boyfriend and I found a house late at night (which most times it was) I would sent him a list and he would make it happen. He was always very prepared with taxes percentages, flyer with all the information I needed and would calculate what altogether it would be like for us. As we looked at more house, my boyfriend and I would realize what we were looking for the most in a house and we would sent another big list of places to look at. Nicholas was very patient, friendly and professional. He truly cared about us and helped us tremendously. The day we closed it was late at night and Nicholas mad it happen either way because he knew how important it was for us to move in that same day! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

She is very professional and made sure the documents were done in a timely manner. The entire process was smooth and we closed on our home with no issues.
