We are so happy that we found Nick. He was always available to meet with us or answer our questions. After many home viewings and with his diligence we found our new home. He was a great advocate to get us in a home we wanted and in our budget.

Nicholas is the perfect combination of easy going, highly professional, efficient, well connected and knowledgeable. He lived up to his word of selling my 1 year owned residence without a financial loss. Timing of the listing, staging advice and stunning photography was key to the quick sale at the price desired. Help with repairs was above his job duties, but he managed to fit that in as well. Nicholas will instantly become your honest friend and advocate.
