I would highly recommend Nick as a buying or selling agent. Nick helped me tremendously in finding not only a home but the perfect duplex to get me started in real estate. Nick really cares about his clients and their experience. He goes above and beyond to make sure they get the most for their home. He helped us to sell our unique log home that was in a lake community. To highlight one of the biggest selling points - the lake - he hired a photographer for drone footage and the video was phenomenal. I think it made all the difference in attracting buyers. We had SO many showings over the course of 3 days and Nick was present whenever appropriate. He answered our questions promptly, was available by phone or text when we needed him, and was knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Even when dealing with an aggravating title company (not one he usually works with, but one that was recommended to us by someone else), he remained professional and kept us in the loop. I’d recommend Nick to anyone that wants to sell their home. And while we didn’t use any realtors for the purchase our new home, I just know that Nick would give the same effort and compassion in that aspect as well.

Nick was a great real estate agent. He was referred to me by a friend and I hired him on the spot! I appreciated his prompt response time and flexibility when setting up showings. I even had a bit of a challenge with the first house we were under contract on and he was very understanding and accommodating when I needed to terminate the contract.
