Truly, this woman was really good. Knowledgeable, responsive, patient, aggressive when-needed, and just plain pleasant to deal with. I found Nichelle through recommendations on this site (I had no choice, I live 1000 miles away). And though I am an experienced buyer/seller, and a past agent myself, my expectations were far exceeded with Nichelle.
