I've had the pleasure of working with Niccole on the last two properties I've sold within this past year, which were completely different in nature, and I can readily say that she surpasses all expectations. I've dealt with three other realtors over the past 10 years before finding Niccole and I can't express how much I wish I had met her a decade ago! She's knowledgeable, thorough and on the ball. She knows her job and does it exceptionally well, has a professional, determined attitude and it's all wrapped up in a down-to-earth, genuinely friendly personality. You really can't ask for more. I'm very cautious about giving out recommendations and normally choose not to do so, but I would recommend Niccole any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
