Nic went above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely nice and easy to get a long with. He was knowledgeable about the area I wanted to buy a home in, and he was great about communicating when houses were available and about what was happening in the market. He helped me with my appraisal, inspections, and closing, and was there to offer help when I needed it. He was so great that I was able to trust him to view and help me buy a home across the country. I highly recommend Nic to anyone looking for a home in Florida.
