Nic is hands down the best!!!! He has patience with the buyer, has so much knowledge, knows everyone, gives the best advice and makes everything on his end painless for the buyer. Lastly he is a genuine person; kind, fun and someone you can count on to get the job done! My husband and I have been working on our credit but still had debt that we were working on, we went through 3 different brokers telling us know No. My husband and I went through an extensive and hard process just to be told no after weeks, even months. Nic did not give up and pointed us to someone that was able to work for us and to finally be able to achieve a goal of purchasing our first home with one of the best interest rates out there. If you want someone to educate you the entire way and supports you, he is your go to! Even after closing and getting our keys he is still a great resource.
