Nia Maat

Nia Maat had helped my wife and I buy our first home from out of state. She is an effective communicator, follows up quickly, and makes sure that all of our needs our met. Being from out of state, Nia made our house hunting trip worth while by working long hours to show us multiple homes while we were in town well beyond the list of homes that we were originally looking at. Nia did a great job listening to our needs and wants and pointed us to the home we fell in love with and purchased. In between the time of purchasing and closing, Nia did a great job following up with our inquiries and representing us to get feedback from the many people involved in the closing process. She gave us many options to choose from for the key contracts/members involved in the purchasing process and made sure to follow up with folks to ensure deadlines and targeted closing date was met. Nia represented us in person for the key milestones and provided FaceTime calls to allow us to see our home's progression.
