Neysa & I have been looking for our home since August. Every Thursday we would see new posted properties. If a home came up that I liked I would call and we would see it ASAP. Multiple offers were submitted and rejected. She went above and beyond to find me what I wanted. Seven months later and what seems to be over 100 places my husband and I have finally found our forever home. I’m so glad that, although we have family and friends that are realtors, we selected our neighbor Neysa. Her encouragement after every no, her amazing communication and her infectious smile and phenomenal personality made those long seven months seem just like a few weeks. I will miss our Thursday outings. We are so thankful and appreciative of all her time, energy and persistence. She is a Mack Daddy agent!!! Neysa, will do everything in her power to help you find a home. Even if she has to spend every afternoon visiting different cities. Once you do find a home you like she’ll be honest with you about how she feels is the best way to approach the home buying process. She’ll explain it to you as many times as you need her too and she’ll explain each step you’ll be taking with her so you never feel out of the loop. One of the best things about her also is she always picks up the phone or will text you back right away. She is a sweetheart who doesn’t take no for an answer and if something doesn’t work out, she’ll already have a back up plan ready for you. Honestly I can keep going on about Neysa but I’ll summarize it down for you, she’s a Hard worker, Giving, Caring, Patient, Brilliant, Knowledgeable and will give you 110%. Thank you Neysa for all your help.

Neysa was the sellers agent in the purchase of my South Florida home. She was an advocate and resource. I owe credit where credit is due. And it is certainly due with Neysa. I highly recommend working with her.

Selling the home that you had hoped to live the rest of your years out is excruciatingly agonizing while also paying a realtor lots of money doesn’t help. But I am so glad I had Neysa to help me through the process. She got me more money than I would have on my own… more than enough to pay the commissions and all the mysterious and expected but exorbitant closing cost, while still putting more money into my owe pocket. And she WORKED for her commission. She acted as General Contractor getting the house ready to sell followed by keeping a watchful eye over the property as I was 550 miles away. Neysa was very knowledgeable about the market in Davie for our price range. She was easy to work with and very flexible with her schedule. She promptly returned our calls and texts. She was able to show us many homes in a short period of time and helped negotiate a good price with the seller of the home we ultimately purchased. She continued to help us through the closing process and made everything work out to our satisfaction. I highly recommend anyone looking for a home in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Area to use Neysa to help them find the right property.
